Shipping
Our standard international shipping typically takes 7 to 14 business days for delivery. However, the transit duration may vary depending on your location and applicable customs or import processes.
The Lotus Scoop team promptly processes orders within 1-2 business days. Most orders, however, are shipped within 24 hours of placement.
This expedited processing ensures your order is on its way to you quickly, minimizing wait times and enhancing your shopping experience.
We offer standard international shipping to all locations worldwide. For orders over $49, shipping is free. For orders under $49, a flat rate of $8.99 is charged for standard shipping.
All Lotus Scoop products are shipped directly from our central facility in Thailand. This strategic location allows us to efficiently manage and dispatch orders, ensuring they reach our customers in the shortest possible time, irrespective of their global location.

Absolutely. Every order placed with Lotus Scoop is assigned a unique tracking number. You will receive this number via email when your order is dispatched.
This tracking feature offers peace of mind by enabling you to follow your order’s journey from our warehouse in Thailand directly to your doorstep, providing real-time updates throughout its transit.
We utilize regular postal services for shipping. In the United States,
this means using USPS. For international orders, the tracking will initially be provided by the postal service of the origin country, such as Thai Post.
Once the order arrives in your country and clears customs, your local postal service will take over the delivery, allowing you to track the package with the same tracking number until it reaches you.
If the tracking indicates delivery, but you haven’t received your order, we recommend the following:
Check with neighbors, building managers, or co-workers to see if the package was left with them.
Contacting the courier directly using the information provided on the tracking page. They can often provide GPS coordinates for the delivery.
Visit or call your local post office for more informatiprimarilyally if the package was handled by international and local postal services.
If theft is suspected, inform us and file a police report to allow us to claim compensation and reship your order.
Delays in tracking updates, especially for international orders, often occur during customs clearance processes. This doesn’t mean your order is lost.
Once the package clears customs in your country, you’ll see updated tracking information, and you can continue to monitor its progress using the same tracking number.
Returns
If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy from the day you receive your item.
Items must be returned unused, in the same condition you received them, with tags intact and in the original packaging.
Please send an email to support@lotusscoop.com to confirm your return and receive the return address. Once we confirm your return, we will provide you with the necessary address.
Please send the item back to us. We will inspect it upon receipt and either issue a refund or arrange for a replacement.
I’m sorry to inform you that we are unable to accept opened or used products as returns. Our return policy requires items to be in their original packaging and unused in order to be eligible for return.
However, if the item you received is defective or damaged, please get in touch with our customer service team immediately, and we will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
